as well as routinely swallowing the tablets that the doctor gives out, i have committed myself to taking my iPod (& speaker case) into the bathroom every morning and using the power of my favourite songs to help to try to start the day in as positive a mood as is possible. incase you are interested in my diy music therapy, i will be posting here and telling twitter each day (or as often as i can be bothered) about a tune i’ve used to put myself on a positive tip. remember this is ‘feel good’ music, so don’t be surprised if they’re often well known joints rather than rare album cuts – having said that one woman’s The 900 Number by 45 King is another man’s “say what?”
